Ingredients-
Cauliflower - 1 no.
Salt - 1 tsp
To make batter Gram flour - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Chili powder - 2 tsp
Orange food color
Onion - 1 no. Thinly sliced
Green chilies - 2 nos. Chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Water

Method
- Boil some water Add salt, cauliflower pieces Close the pot and let the cauliflower sit in the hot water for 2 mins Strain the water and keep the cauliflower aside In a bowl, add rice flour, gram flour, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, onions, green chilies, red/ orange food coloring, salt and water Mix everything well, make sure that there are no lumps Add the cauliflower to the batter and mix well Heat some oil for deep frying Drop the cauliflowers one by one into the hot oil Deep fry them till they are completely cooked and turn crispy Serve them hot with mint chutney
