Ingredients
1 number cauliflower
1 tbsp channa dal
1 springscoriander leaves
pinch cumin seeds
2 springs curry leaves
4 number garlic cloves
2 number Green Chili
pinch hing
pinch mustard seeds
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp pepper
3 number red chilli
1 tsp urad dal
as needed Water
Directions
• First take oil for tempering, red chilli dry, murstard seeds, channa dal, urad dal, mix well then add hing.
• boil cauliflower and keep a side.
• In ing chik add garlic, cumin seeds, pepper and crush it add this to the tempering, mix well .
• Now add chopped onion, curry leaves, chillies, mix it now add salt.now add cauliflower and mix well.
• Cook for 3min and switch off the flame
