Ladies finger fry Ingredients: Ladyfinger – 15 Chilli powder – 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi – 1/2 tsp Gram Flour / Kadalai Mavu – 3 tbs carnflor - 1tbs Salt to taste Oil for Deep frying Method: Wash and dry ladyfinger` cut the method of ladysfinger like as video. Add all ingredients except oil and water. Mix well. Sprinkle some water and mix well so the masala coats the ladysfinger. Heat oil for deep frying. Drop the ladyfinger in and fry till golden. Drain and serve.
