Hyderabadi Bhendi Ka Salan | हैदराबादी भिंडी का सालन | Bhindi Ka Salan /Okra Curry/English Subtitles

Hyderabadi Bhendi Ka Salan is a tasty curry made using Okra /Lady's Finger along with mutton METHOD 1.Okra - 250 grams cut into desired shapes 2.Heat oil - 1 tablespoon Add okra and shallow fry for 5 minutes under high flame 3.In a pressure cooker heat oil - 2 tablespoon To it add diced onions - 2 medium sized and saute 4.Then add Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Mutton with bones - 200 gram Salt as required Saute for 3 minutes 5.Add water and cook till mutton turns 90% tender 6.Soak tamarind in water and extract water 7.After mutton turns tender add kashmiri red chili powder and mix well 8.Then add chopped tomatoes - 2 medium sized 9.Cook till tomatoes turn smooth Add coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon 9.Now add tamarind water and normal water - 1 cup 10.Add fried okras and coriander leaves 11.Cook till okra turns tender 12.Serve hot with plain rice
