ingredients:

Salad Dressing:

Half lemon

1 tbsp ACV

1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder

1/3 tsp amchur powder/dry mango powder

2 tbsp coriander leaves

4 garlic cloves ----

Cooked Quinoa: 1 cup

/channa: 1/2 cup

2 carrots

1 medium onion

2 cucumber

4 cashewnuts, chopped

1 tsp roasted sesame seeds (till)

pink salt: as needed --------------------

this salad recipe will give you a glowing skin, eat light at dinner and get glowing :)

Use salt as minimal as possible.

soak channa overnight and pressure cook until done, to use in this recipe.

you can use raw veggies like radish (mooli), lauki (bottle gourd), beetroot etc or any seasonal veggies of the place you live in.
