Methi Ke Laddu | मेथी के लडडू |Fenugreek sweet balls Recipe |

Ingredients:-

Fenugreek seeds - 1/3 cup

Milk - 2/3 cup (to soak feugreek seed)

Clarified Butter - 1 + 1/4 cup

Edible gum - 1/3 cup

Wheat flour - 1 cup

Jaggery - 1 cup

Almonds - 1 cup

Coconut - 1/2 cup

cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon

Dried ginger - 1 teaspoon

Directions:-

1. Grind fenugreek seeds and soak in milk for 7 to 8 hours.

2. Heat 1/3 cup ghee and roast soaked fenugreek in ghee at medium flame till it turns golden brown.

3. Take it out in a big bowl.

4. Heat 1/3 cup ghee in bowl and add edible gum and fry at medium flame.

5 .Take it out in a bowl to grind

6.Heat 1/3 cup ghee and add 1 cup wheat flour

7. Roast wheat flour, also add remaining ghee and roast till it turns golden brown.

8 Once color changed to golden brown, turn off the flame

9. Add jaggery , ground almonds, ground edible gum, cinnamon, ginger, coconut.

10. Mix well

11. Add to roasted methi, mix well and make balls out of it
