Ingredients:
• Methi (fenugreek) seed - ¼ cup
• Water for soaking • Oil – 2 tbsp
• Jeera (cumin) – ¾ tsp
• Onion – 1, big chopped
• Green chilly – 2, chopped
• Curry leaves – few
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Chilly powder – 1.2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
• Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
• Coriander powder – ¾ tsp
• Jeera powder – ½ tsp
• Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
• Salt – ¾ tsp ( as per taste
• Tomato – 2, chopped
• Jaggery – 1 tsp
• Water - ¼ cup (for cooking)
• Coriander leaves – ¼ cup, chopped
