Post delivering food - Suva Methi pani (Dill & Fenugreek seeds water)

Ingredients

Fenugreek seeds 1 Teaspoon

Dill seeds 1 Tablespoon

Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Jaggery 1 Teaspoon

Ghee 1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Soak dill and methi in water overnight.

2. Transfer the water to a saucepan and bring the water to a boil on high heat.

3. Turn off the stove and drain out the water by running through a sieve.

SERVING

4. Mix jaggery and ghee if desired and give it to drink to a post-partum mother.
