Wash fenugreek with water and add 1 cup milk into seeds in a bowl Leave it for 2-3 hours, till seeds double in size Grind it to make paste; keep adding 1 tsp milk if needed Roast Almonds in Ghee Roast lotus seed Roast Gond katira in Ghee Crush roasted gond katira Grind lotus seeds and almonds Roast wheat flour in 1 tsp Ghee Roast fenugreek paste in 2 tsp Ghee Add jaggery, flour, ground almonds, lotus seed, dry fruits, gond katira Turn off the flame Add chopped almonds and raisins Grease your palm to form laddu and if they do not form, sprinkle some milk on mixture
