Ingredients

Fruits of ur choice Apple Kiwi Pineapple Mango Grapes Strawberry Banana

Sugar-3-4tbsp

Vanilla essence-1/12tsp

Rose essence-1tsp

Lemon juice-1tsp

Salt-one pinch

Water-2cups

Method

At first cook chopped pineapple by adding water and sugar for 15 minutes .. To this vanilla essence ,lemon juice ,rose water and salt..Mix well.. Remove from the heat..Keep aside  . After coming down to room temperature keep this in the fridge .. Now chop all other fruits and add to the cooled pineapple syrup  and mix well.. Then keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours .. Serve with ice cream and enjoy… ????
