Ingredients:
Garlic - 2 bulbs (peeled)
Ginger - 30 gms (peeled and roughly chopped)
Onion - 2 (make paste)
Tomatoes - 3 (make a puree)
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp
Pickled Green Chillies - 2
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 5-6 tbsp
Method:
1. Put Ginger, garlic and pickled Green Chillies in a mixer jar and make a paste of it.
2. Heat the oil in a pan. Then add onion paste into it and roast it. Then add ginger garlic green chilli paste and roast it well.
3. After that add dry spices: Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste in it and mix it well.
4. Then add tomato puree into it and roast it well and add 1 glass of water into it to make a curry. Mix it well and give a nice boil. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves and mix it well. Ginger garlic curry is ready and serve it hot.
