Ingredients:
200 gms Mushroom, sliced
7-8 Garlic cloves
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Sugar
7-8 Red Chillies, soaked
2 tbsp Oil
1 Onion, sliced
Salt
Method of preparation:
In a blender jar, add red chillies, garlic, salt, sugar and blend it into a fine paste. Heat a vessel, add oil, ground paste, cook it for 3-4 minutes.
Add onions, cook them till they turn soft. Add mushrooms, cook it till they start leaving water. Add salt, mix well and it is ready to plate.
