कम तेल में हरे मटर का ऐसा मजेदार नाश्ता पहले कभी नहीं खाया होगा//New Lunch box Recipe

Full Recipe In English:-

1. Boil peas with ¼ cup of water and salt in pressure cooker for 1 whistle.

2. Dice vegetables finely. 3. After boiling peas, let the peas cool down and grind them. ( keep 1 tablespoon of boiled peas separately )

4. Take grinded peas out in a bowl and add little water, mix them and now add those tablespoon full of boiled peas you stored earlier in the mixture.

5. Now make the consistency of mixture as shown in video above by adding water.

6. Add diced vegetables in the mixture, now add salt and ½ teaspoon of spices( black pepper powder, garam masala, chat masala). Mix them properly.

7. Add 3 tablespoon of suji(semolina) and mix it properly.

8. After mixing leave the mixture covered for 10-15 mins. ( if you feel like mixture is too thick, then you can add water)

9. After 10-15 mins add ½ teaspoons of baking powder and baking soda and mix them.

10. Take baking tray with hemispherical moulds and add use scant amount of oil

11. Place the tray on lit stove and evenly pour the mixture in each mould.

12. After pouring the mixture leave the tray covered for 2-3 mins.

13. After 2-3 mins poke holes at center in each of them. ( pouring oil in holes is optional)

14. Again leave the tray covered for 2-3 mins and let them cook.

15. Now remove the lid and carefully flip each one of them.(again adding oil is optional).

16. Again leave the tray covered for 2-3 mins and the other side cook.

17. Flip them to check, if cooked take them out and the recipe is ready. Thanks.
