Ingredients:
2 tsp Oil
1 Onion (chopped)
For Green Paste
6-7 Garlic Cloves
1 Inch Ginger
3-4 Green Chillies
1/4 cup Coriander
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Seed Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
Salt
2 cups Green Peas (boiled & grounded)
2 tbsp Rice Flour
Roasted Gram 4-5 tbsp (grinded)
Method:
- First, Add Oil to the Pan in mid-flame.
Allow the oil to heat, then Add Onion, saute the Onions till it turns pinkish.
Add Green Paste which includes Garlic Cloves, Coriander.
Add Masala with Cumin Seed Powder, Coriander Seed Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Fennel Seeds & Salt.
Also add Green Peas (boiled & grounded), Rice Flour & Roasted Gram. Turn off the flame as we don't need to cook. Mix them properly and let them cool down. Make an oval shape for the Kabab, then shallow fry the kebabs.
Put the prepared Kabab on both sides. When it becomes light grey, serve the kebabs with ginger on top of the onion rings.
