Green Chillies (हरी मटर) - 2
Oil - 2 tbsp
Green Coriander - 2 or 3 tbsp
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asfoetida (हींग) - 1/2 pinch
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1.5 tsp
Red Chilli - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp (paste)
Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste
