Ingredients :
2 -3 tsp cooking oil + 1 tsp Ghee
7-8 Black pepper
1 Star anise (chakiful)
2-3 Green cardamom
2 Bay leaves (Tejpatta)
1 inch Cinnamon
1 Black Cardamom
4-5 Green Chillies
1.5 cup Fresh or Frozen green peas (Matar)
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
3 cups / 400 gms Basmati rice (Soaked for 20 mins )
Salt as per taste
3.5 cups water or as required
