INGREDIENTS: (makes one serving)
1/4 medium apple
1 bag rooibos tea
1 cup apple juice
whipped cream (optional)
cinnamon (optional)
sanding sugar (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Wash and cut 1/4 apple. Dice the apples into small pieces. Combine apple juice and apples in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes or until apples are just tender. Add the tea bag and steep for 3 minutes. Pour into a mug. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon and sanding sugar if desired. Enjoy hot!
