INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons fleur de sel caramel sauce, warmed until pourable
1 cup milk
2 ounces dark chocolate
Whipped cream
Pinch of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Drizzle fleur de sel caramel into a mug, making sure it covers the sides of the glass. In a microwave-safe bowl, warm the milk until it's just starting to simmer. Add chocolate and stir until all of the chocolate is melted. Pour hot chocolate into the mug, and top with whipped cream and a pinch of sea salt.
