Serves 1-2, but you can make as many as you want
Ingredients:
2 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips (a heaping ¼ cup, measured)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup dry milk powder
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cup cold milk, whole is ideal here
2 cups ice whipped cream, optional,
for garnish chocolate shavings, optional,
for garnish
Directions:
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, until fully melted. Place the chocolate and the rest of the ingredients in a blender, and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth. Serve with the whipped cream on top and chocolate shavings, if desired. Enjoy!
