How to Make Potato Wedges -
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 4
Water - 3 liter
Salt - 2 tsp
Maida / Plain Flour / Atta - ½ cup
Corn Flour - ¼ cup
Rice Flour - ¼ cup
Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander Stem - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oregano / Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Melted butter 2 tbsp
Water - as required
for a batter
Oil - to deep fry
