Salad Recipes | Sprouts Protein Salad

Ingredients-

Sprouted Kala Chana -1 cup

Sprouted green moong-1cup

Paneer (cut in small cubes)-100gm

Onion (finely chopped)-1 small

Tomato (deseeded finely chopped)-1/2

Cucumber (finely chopped)- ½

Raw mango (finely chopped) -1/2

Carrot (grated) -1/2

Green chilly (finely chopped)-1

Coriander leaves -1tsp

Lemon juice-1tsp

Black salt – as per taste

Chat masala -1/2 tsp

Roasted jeera powder -1/2 tsp

Method

1. Soak Kala Chana overnight and drain. In a damp muslin cloth, add the Chana in it and form a bag. Hang it overnight and let them sprout.

2. Similarly, sprout the green moong as well.

3. In a large bowl, take sprouted Chana, moong, paneer cubes, onion, tomato, cucumber, carrots, chopped coriander, chili, raw mango, black salt, roasted cumin powder and chat masala

4. Add lemon juice and mix well.

5. Transfer the prepared salad into serving bowls, garnish with chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
