Gram flour- 1/2 cup (for binding)

Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Gram flour/Besan- 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder to taste
Cooking oil- 2-3 tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds/Methi- 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida/Hing- 1/4 tsp
Chopped Green chilli to taste
Curry leaves- 8-10
Grated Ginger- 1/2 tsp
Tomato paste- 2 medium sized
Salt to taste
Sugar- 1/2 tsp
Cured- 1 tbsp (fresh)
Water for gravy as required
