Step -1 ( To Boil Rajma )
250gm Kidney Beans Soak the Kidney Beans for 10-20 hour in water
1 tbsp Salt
2 Bay leaf
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Green Cardamom
4 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
Cook till 5-6 whistle
STEP-2 ( To Fry Onions and make Smooth paste )
3 tbsp oil
2 chopped onions
1/2 tsp Salt
Step-3 ( To Ready Rajma Masala )
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin
2 Pinch Asafoetida
1 Red chilli
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic Paste
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
4 tomato Puree
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tsp Balck Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
Little Bit Salt
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaf
