1/4 tsp asafetida (hing)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 Tbsp coriander powder (dhania)
1/2 tsp turmeric (haldi)
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1-1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
