Ingredients required
Ridge Gourd
Mustard seeds
Cumin Seeds
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Red chilli powder
Tamrind Roasted peanuts
Dry coconut Oil
Salt to taste
Steps to prepare Ridge Gourd curry
1. take 1/2 bowl roasted peanuts, coconut, tamrind, 1 tea spoon red chilli powder and small quantity of Tamrind in a mixi container and grind it medium.
2. Peal the Ridge Gourd upper layer slightly and cut as shown in the video.
3. Now fill the mix in the Ridge Gourd.
4. Keep the pan for heating and add 1 table spoon oil, add 1 tea spoon mustard seeds, 1 tea spoon cumin seeds, 4-6 curry leaves and fry it.
5. Now add the Ridge Gourd and add the remaining mix in the pan.
6. Now add small quantity of water and cook for 5-6 minutes.
