Ingredients for Turai –Tori-Ridged Gourd
Chopped Turai/Ridged gourd 2
Oil 7-8 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoon
Chopped green chillies 2
Onion paste 2 onions
Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
Redchilli powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon’
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Mango powder 1 teaspoon
Curd/Yogurt ¼ cupbeaten
Water ¼ Cup
Few Coriander leaves
Salt
Method of Making Turai/Ridged Gourd
Step 1:- Take oil in a pan add cumin seeds,geen chillies and garlic paste and cook for 1 minute
Step 2:- add onion paste and cook for 2 minutes Step3:- add redchilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,mango powder and mix
Step 4:- Add curd/yogurt and mix well
Step5:- Add turai/tori/Ridged Gourd and mix
Step 6:- Add Water cover with the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes
Step 7:- Its ready serve with coriander leaves and enjoy with chapatti or paratha
