RIDGE GOURD BAJJI

INGREDIENTS:

Chickpea flour 2 tbs

Rice flour 1 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves 1 spring

Green chillies 1 nos

Carom seeds ¼ ts

Cooking soda 1 pinch

Salt To taste

Water ½ cup

Ridge gourd 1 nos

Oil To fry

Chat masala 2 pinch

METHOD:

1. Take a bowl, add chickpea flour, rice flour, curry leaves, green chillies, carom seeds, cooking soda, salt, water and mix nicely to make bajji batter.

2. Remove peel of ridge gourd and cut into oval shape and dip in batter and deep fry in oil.

3. Transfer into a plate and sprinkle chat masala.

4. Now ridge gourd bajji is ready to serve.
