Ingredients
CORIANDER LEAVES 1 tsp
Coriander Powder PINCH
Cumin Seed
Curry Leaves 3 bunch
Fenugreek 1 tsp
GINGER GARLIC PASTE
4 bigGREEN CHILLIES
PINCH Mustard Seeds
1/2 tbsp OIL
1 big ONION
2 number Ridge Gourd
SALT-AS PER YOUR TASTE
PINCH TURMERIC POWDER
1 tsp Urad Dal
Directions
1. take a pan heat oil add mustard seed, cumin seeds and urad dal mix it well.
2. then add Onion,salt, curry leaves and let it cook for sometime, then add turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,green chillies, Ridge gourd to it and mix it well.
3. Now add coriander powder and fenugreek leaves and close it with lid for 5 - 10 mins.
4. lastly add coriander leaves
