Ghosalyachi Bhaji / Turai Bhaji / Ridge Gourd / Radha's Rasoi

Ingredients :-

Oil – 1 tsp (coconut oil)

Mustard Seeds – ¼ tsp

Green chilly – 1

Water – as required

Salt – to taste

Sugar – ¼ tsp

Grated coconut – 2 tbsp

Method:-

1. Wash ridge gourd/ turai/ ghosali and peel its sharp edges and hard skin.

2. Cut into small bite size pieces.

3. Heat oil in a pan.

4. Add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle.

5. Add cut ridge gourd / turai / ghosali , green chilly, pour some water (do not add too much of water), cover and cook. Check in between if done.

6. Once cooked add salt, sugar , grated coconut and mix well.

7. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

8. Ready to serve.
