11) pinch of kalonji / nigella seeds
12) salt to taste
13) 1/2 tbs of turmeric powder
14) 1/2 tbs of red chili powder
15) 1/2 tbs cumin powder
16) 1/2 tbs coriander powder
17) refined oil
