1/4 Cup boiled green peas
3 Tbsp gram flour (Besan)
1 Tsp Kitchen King masala
1 Tsp Kasuri methi
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
Salt as per taste
Cooking oil for shallow frying
FOR SOYA CUTLETS:
3/4 Cup Soya chunks
1 Small boiled potato
1/2 Tsp Chicken masala
1/2 Tsp Garam masala
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
2 Tbsp Gram flour (Besan)
1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
Salt as per taste
