Ingredients:
-Anday (Eggs) 2 -
Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Qeema (Mince) Mutton/Beef 250 gms
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped ¼ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2-3 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In bowl,add eggs,tomato,onion,fresh coriander,salt,whisk well & set aside.
-In wok,add cooking oil,mince and mix well until changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Add tomato,onion,fresh coriander,red chili powder,cumin seeds,coriander powder,turmeric powder, salt,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Let it cool down.
-On working table,place small dough,sprinkle flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Add cooked mince,egg mixture and fold all edges of rolled dough and apply egg to seal the edges (makes 4-5).
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame from both sides until golden brown.
