Atta-1/2cup
All Purpose Flour-1/2cup

For the filling
Oil-
Onion-1
Green Chilli-3
Ginger-1tsp

Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder-1/4tsp
Garam masala-1/4 to 1/2tsp
Coriander leaves -
Lemon juice-1tsp
Method
Cook potato ..Peel and keep aside .. Make a smooth Chapthi dough and keep aside for 30 minutes .. Then make round chapatis and cook to 3/4th done ..Keep aside for cooling ..
For making filling
Heat oil in a nonstick pan ,add onion ,ginger ,green chilli and salt .. Saute till translucent .. Then add all powders one by one and state till the raw smell goes .. Now add carrot and green peas and mix well.. Close the kadai and cook for 5 minutes .. Then add cooked potatoes and mix well. Now add coriander leaves and lemon juices .. Check the taste .. Allow to cool down .. Then take a chapathi and fill the mix and roll and paste with the help of a maida mix .. Now heat oil and fry both sides .. So the yummy vegetable roll is ready to serve .. U can adjust the seasonings and vegetables according to ur taste .
