Ingredients:
1. Oil- 2 tbsp
2. Dry red chilli- 1
3. Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
4. Pinch of asafoetida / hing
5. Few curry leaves/kadi patta
6. 2 medium size onion chopped
7. 4 medium size tomato chopped
8. 1 tsp coriander/ dhania powder
9. 1/2 tsp turmeric/ Haldi powder
10. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
11. 1-2 green chilli chopped
12. 1/2 cup green peas
13. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
14. A handful of chopped coriander leaves
15. Salt to taste
