No Onion No Garlic Restaurant Style Hariyali Kofta Recipe - Shahi/ Special Kofta Curry Jain Recipe

Ingredients for paste -

1 tsp Oil

1 tsp Desi Ghee

2 Cloves (Lavang)

2 Green Cardamoms (Elaichi)

1 small Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi)

1 Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)

 

1 Star Anise (Badiya)

3 Kashmiri Red Chillies (deseeded)

1 Green Chilli (broken in half)

1 inch Ginger

12 Almonds (Soaked in water for 30 mins and peeled) (Badam)

2 tblsps Cashew Nuts (Kaju) (approx. 12)

1 tblsp Melon Seeds (Magajtari Seeds)

1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)

3 Big Tomatoes finely chopped (225 grams)

1 tblsp Coriander Cumin Powder (Dhaniya Jeera Powder)

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)

1 tsp Jain Kitchen King Masala

1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder

1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

1 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves (Kasoori Methi)

1 tblsp Cream (Malai) 1/2 cup Water Ingredients

for Hariyali Kofta -

1 cup Frozen Green Peas (Frozen Matar)

50 grams Cottage Cheese Grated (Paneer)

1 processed Cheese Cube Grated

1/2 tsp Ginger Grated

1/2 tsp Green Chilli Paste

1/2 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder

1/2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder

1 tblsp Cornflour

Oil for frying

Ingredients for Hariyali Kofta Gravy -

1 tblsp Oil

1 tblsp Butter

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Masala Paste prepared before

1 cup Water

1/2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

1/2 tsp Sugar

50 grams Khoya Grated

1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder

1 tsp Kasoori Methi

1 tsp Desi Ghee
