for masala mix
- 2 tblsps Tomato Ketchup
2 tsps Red Chilli Powder
2 tsps Dhaniya Jeera Powder
2 tsps Kitchen King Masala
1/2 tsp Chat Masala
Ingredients for sautéing veggies -
1 tblsp Oil
1/2 cup cabbage diced
1 medium green capsicum cut into diced
1/2 yellow capsicum cut into diced
1/2 cup boiled beans (French Beans)
50-60 grams Paneer cubes
1/4 tsp Salt
1 green chilly chopped
Ingredients for gravy -
1 tblsp Oil
1/2 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
2 medium sized tomatoes chopped finely
1/2 inch ginger Masala mix prepared above 2 tblsps water
Salt as per taste (a little lesser than 1 tsp taken)
2 tblsps fresh dahi
1 pinch Haldi Powder veggies sautéed above
1 tblsp Fresh Malai
1 tsp Butter
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 pinch Chat Masala
1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
2 tblsps Hara Dhaniya
