Paneer Kolhapuri Recipe -

Ingredients for Kolhapuri Masala -

1 Cinnamon (Dalchini)

1 Green Cardamom (Elaichi)

1 Black Cardamom (Kali Elaichi)

4 Cloves (Lavang)

6 Whole Black Peppers (Kali Mirch)

1 Bay Leaf (Tej patta)

1 tblsp Dry Coriander Seeds (Sukha Dhaniya)

1/2 tblsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)

1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)

1/2 tblsp Sesame Seeds (Til)

1 tsps Poppy Seeds (Khas Khas)

2 tblsps Dry Grated Coconut

4 Whole Kashmiri Red Chillies

Ingredients for gravy -

1 tblsp Butter

2 Whole Red Chillies

1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)

1/2 tblsp Ginger paste

1 tsp Green Chilly Paste

1/4 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)

3/4 cup Tomato Purée

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)

1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder (Dhaniya Powder)

1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder (Jeera Powder)

1/4 tsp Red Chilly Powder

2 tblsps Kolhapuri Masala (Masala prepared above)

1/4 cup Thick Fresh Curd (Dahi)

1 Diced Capsicum White Paste (2 tblsps Kaju & 2 tblsps Magaz Seeds soaked in 1/2 cup milk for 1 hour and make it into a fine paste)

1/2 cup Water

1 tsp Sugar

1 1/2 tsps Salt (Or as per taste)

1 tblsp Ghee

200 gram Paneer Cubes

1/4 cup Water

2 tblsps Coriander Leaves
