INGREDIENTS-
Cauliflower (Chopped - 1 medium size)
Potato (Chopped - 4 medium size)
Capsicum (Chopped - 1/2 of a medium size)
Tomato (Chopped - 1 medium size)
Coriander leaves (chopped – 2 bunch )
1 inch ginger chopped
2-4 slit green chillies
Raisin (2 tbsp.) – Soak these in water before 1 hour of cooking to make a smooth paste.
8-10 Cashew nuts
Magaj Dana (1 tbsp.)
1 Bay leaf
Turmeric Powder (Half tsp.)
Kashmiri red chilli powder (1 tsp.)
Salt
Sugar Powder / Sugar Warm water 250ml.
Sunflower oil
