Ingredients –
Basmati Rice – 400 gm.
Chopped Potato – 1 medium to large size
Chopped Capsicum – ½ of a large size
Cumin Seeds – 1tsp.
Cumin Powder (Homemade) : Roast the cumin seeds little and make it dust. – 2 tsp.
Green Chillies – 2 pcs.
Bay Leaves – 2pcs.
Kaju Badam / Cashew Nut – 2tbsp.
Turmeric Powder (1 tsp. or less)
Salt (As per your taste)
Water - Approx. 800 ml.
