Ingredients:
1/2 cup tuar dal
1/2 cup Lal Masoor dal
1/4 th Cup Grated Coconut
1 tbsp Grated Ginger
1 tbsp Curry Leaves
1 tsp Oil
salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powde
r Cook for 4 Whistles
2 tomatoes chopped
some pumpkin piece
8-10 pieces singi/shinga
Again Cook for 1 Whistle
For Tadka
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp rai/mustard seeds
1/2 tsp methi seeds
2-3 green chillies
Grated Ginger
1-2 green chillies
10-12 curry leaves
1/2 tsp heeng
2 tomatoes chopped
Salt 1/2 tsp
red chilly powder 2 1/2 tsp
Homemade sambhar powder 4-5 tbsp
tamarind pulp
piece of gud/jaggery
Fresh coriander
Water 2 Cups
