CHOCO BREAD RECIPE (recipe sa aking bakery)

Soft dough recipe

1 kilo Bread flour

2 teaspoon instant dry yeast

1/2 cup milk powder

200 grams sugar

2 tsp. Iodized salt

2 cups of water

2 tbsp. Vanilla

160 grams margarine

For the chcolate filling

1/2 kilo all purpose flour

1 1/4 cups sugar

1 tsp salt

1 egg

1/2 cup cocoa

1/2 cup margarine

1/4 cup water

2 tsp baking powder
