Burger Buns Recipe | Best Eggless Hamburger Buns | Super Soft Bakery Style Breads

Ingredients & Process:

1/4 CUP WATER

2 TEASPOON FLOUR COOK FOR A WHILE TO MAKE THICKEN

1/2 CUP WARM WATER

2 TABLESPOON SUGAR

2 TEASPOON YEAST

2 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

2 TABLESPOON POWDER MILK

1/2 TEASPOON SALT

MIX WELL 2 TABLESPOON OIL MIX THE ACTIVATED YEAST

MIX WELL MIX THE FLOUR MIXTURE (we prepared earlier)

KNEAD WELL FOR 2-3 MIN.

GREASE SOME OIL IN THE BOWL & DOUGH COVER THE DOUGH WITH A CLEAN CLOTH AGAIN KNEAD FOR 1 MIN.

DEVIDE THE DOUGH IN SAME PORTION MAKE EACH PORTION IN BUN SHAPE 10 INCH OIL GREASED MOULD COVER THE MOULD WITH A CLEAN CLOTH KEEP IT IN WARM PLACE FOR 30 MIN.

BRUSH SOME LIQUID MILK OVER THE BUN SPRINKLE SOME SESAME SEED OVER THE BUN BRUSH SOME MELTED BUTTER COVER THE BUN WITH A CLOTH UNTIL THEY COOL DOWN
