9. Papadi - 2
10. Thick curd ( as required )
11. Sweet and sour tamarind chutney ( as required )
12. Green chutney ( as required )

14. Roasted cumin and dry red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
15. Panch phoron - 1 tsp ( cumin , mustard, black cumin, saunf and fenugreek seeds )
16. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
17. Chat masala - 1 tsp ( as required )
18. Black salt - 1/4 tsp ( to sprinkle )
19. Salt as per taste
20. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
