Katori Ingredients:

Plain Flour 1 Cup

Salt 1/2 tsp

Oil 1 tbsp

Water as you required

Metal Katori 1

ChaatIngredients:

Yogurt as you required

Boiled Potato as you required

Boiled Chickpea as you required

Sev as you required

Green Chutney as you required

Tamarind Chutney as you required

Pomegranate as you required

Chopped Tomato as you required

Chopped Onion as you required

Button Red Chilli (Crushed) as you required

Chaat Masala as you required

Black Salt as you required

Cumin (Crushed) as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt and mix it well and then add Oil and mix it well and then knead it with water. (Dough Should be normal) and rest it for 10 minutes.

Step 2: After that make 2 balls of the dough and take a ball and rolling it and make a bread and then place a metal katori on it and then fold it and cut extra dough from the edges and then fry it into preheated oil. Fry until it become into golden brown color. Apply this method for all.

Step 3: After that you can put all chaat ingredients as you required. Which are mentioned above and then Your Katori Chaat is ready.
