Bhel Puri Recipe

2 1/2 cups Murmura (Puffed Rice)
1 tblsp Moongfali (Peanuts)
1 tblsp Roasted Chana Dal
3 tblsps Pyaaz (finely chopped) (onions)
3 tblsps tamatar (finely chopped) (tomatoes)
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
2 tblsp Hara Dhaniya (Coriander leaves)
2 tblsp Hari Chutney
2 tsp Lasun Chutney
4 tblsps Sooth/ Khajur Imli Chutney (Meethi chutney)
1/2 cup Sev (crispy fried chickpea noodles)
1/2 tsp Nimbu Rass (Lemon Juice)
Puri used for Sev Puri 1/2 cup boiled Aloo (potatoes) (cut into small pieces)
Peanuts,
Chana Dal,
Sev,
tomato chopped,
onions chopped and coriander leaves for garnishing
