Ingredients

5-6 canapes

1 boiled potato

1-2 tbsp mayonnaise

Salt

Red chilly powder

Black pepper powder

1 tsp honey

1 tsp vinegar

1-2 tbsp pizza sauce

Chopped capsicums

Chopped onion

Chopped tomatoes

Chopped olives

Boiled sweet corns

Mozzarella cheese

Chilly flakes

Mixed herbs

First in a mixing bowl mashed the potato and add salt, black pepper, red chill powder and mayonnaise. Mix it properly Take another bowl and add all the vegetables along with honey, pizza sauce, vinegar, salt, chilly flakes, herbs and black pepper powder Mix it thoroughly. Now put the first layer of potato mixture in one canape and then set the layer of vegetables. Grate mozzarella cheese on the top and sprinkle sone herbs and chilly flakes Keep these canapies in microwave for 1-2 minutes until cheese get melts completely. Serve immediately
