Ingredients:
For Filling
2 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
1 Carrot Grated
1 Onion (chopped)
1/2 Capsicum (chopped)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tsp Oregano,
2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Soy Sauce
Salt
Bread Slices
For Corn flour Slurry
2 tbsp Cornflour
Salt
Water
Sesame Seeds
Oil for Frying
Method:
Let's start with making the Filling for which add Potatoes (boiled & mashed) in the bowl with Carrot Grated, Onion (chopped), Capsicum (chopped), Green Chillies (chopped), Oregano, Red Chilli Sauce, Soy Sauce, Salt (as per the taste). Next, let's mix all together properly and keep it aside. Now let's have Bread slices and cut them with a round cutter or a bowl (as shown in the video) then spread the layer of the stuffing into the slice, do the same with all the slices. Next, let's make a cornflour slurry for which add Cornflour in a serving bowl with Salt added later with Water, mix it properly. Next, apply the cornflour slurry on the stuffing side of the slice, then sprinkle some Sesame Seeds over it. Do the same with all the slices. Next, fry the bread slices into the Oil in the pan with the bread side (as shown in the video) till they become golden colour and now your Veg Gold Coin recipe is ready to serve.
