होटल जैसी दाल फ्राई तड़का -Dal Tadka Punjabi Style | Authentic Dal Fry Restaurant Style |Tadka Dal

Ingredients List:

1 Cup Toor Dal/Arhar Dal/Split Pigeon Peas soak for 30 mins and boil with 2 cups water+1/2 t.sp Turmeric Powder+1/2 t.sp Salt, upto 1 whistle on med-high flame.

Ingredients for First Tadka:

2 tb spn. Clarified Butter

1 t.sp Cumin Seeds

3 dried red chilli

7-8 garic pods, chopped

2-3 inch ginger piece,grated

2 med. size onion,chopped

1/4 t.sp haldi

1 t.sp Coriander Powder

Salt 1/2 t.spor to your taste

2 large tomatoes,chopped

green coriander leaves,chopped

Second Tadka Ingredients:

2 t.sp Clarified Butter

1/2 t.sp Cumin Seeds

1/2 t.sp Deggi Mirch

Coriander leaves chopped
