Ingredients:
Bread Slices - 4-5
Green Capsicum - half (finely chopped)
Cucumber - half (grated or finely chopped)
Carrot - half cup ( grated)
Mayonnaise - Plain or garlic flavored
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Salt to taste --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Method to prepare this recipe: 1. Mix all the veggies in a mixing bowl. 2. Add mayonnaise. 3. Season it with salt & pepper. 4. Apply the mixture on bread slices. 5. Cut bread into half to give sandwich like shape (optional). 6. Mayo sandwich is ready to eat.
