Ingredients :
Bread slices - 4
Butter - 1 cube
Mayonnais - 2 tbsp
Cheese - 1 cube
Chopped onion - 1
Chopped tomato - 1
Chat masala
Black salt
Procedure :
1. First we need to prepare the mayo stuffing.
2. Take a bowl. Put chopped onion and tomato into it. Then add mayonnasais and grate the cheese.
3. Mix it. Add black salt to taste and mix well.
4. Take the bread slices. Put a thick layer of mayo stuffing on two bread slices. Spread it all over.
5. Sprinkle chat masala.
6. Put the another bread slice and give a gentle press.
7. Now heat a non-stick pan or tawa. Apply butter on the pan.
8. Roast both sides of mayo sandwich till golden light brown.
9. Slice the roasted mayo sandwich diagonally. And serve hot with sauce of your chioce.
